The Kent Cloverleaf Conservation Club’s Mission is to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming location for it’s members and families to participate in the sport of shooting while promoting conservation and the wise use of our natural resources.
Kent Cloverleaf Conservation Club
Kent Cloverleaf Conservation Club was started in 1964, by a group of hunters and conservation minded people in the Chatham-Kent area.
Youth program
Our Youth Group program starts in the first week of September and generally ends with the school year. We teach Archery and Firearms safety, with an instructor for each individual. Our program teaches youth about all things outdoors and later in the program we make sausages, burgers, chili, etc.
The Youth Program is free for ages 8 to 18 . Parents are welcome to stay and participate as well.
TDT
TDT follows the IDPA model. Fast shooting ever changing, challenging stages with multiple targets. Safe firearm handling is promoted with a Range Officer monitoring each participant
Cowboy shoot
Cowboy action shooting is a fast paced, timed multi firearm shooting discipline which requires the types of guns that were available in the days of the old west.
Our Competitions normally feature 7 stages at varying levels of difficulty.
Competitors are expected to dress as they would have in the 1890s which can be as simple as a pair of boots, cowboy hat, button up shirt or as elaborate as you want to get.
Come check out a shoot sometime the Cowboy season is November to April.

The KCCC facilitates a 7 bay indoor shooting range.
Here you can shoot most pistol caliber firearms on a CFO approved shooting range.
The KCCC is CFO approved for Bullseye, PCC, Cowboy, and IDPA action disciplines.
All members and guests must be familiar & follow all safety rules before using any shooting area at the KCCC.
PPC
PPC is the acronym for Practical Pistol Course. PPC shooting involves shooting at targets from different distances, under different time constraints.
The distance the shooter is from the target varies. The shooting positions are; kneeling, prone, point shoulder, shooting around a barricade (strong hand & weak hand) and sitting.
